Use chilled whipping cream to top the dessert. If you are using unsweetened cream, then add some sugar or any other sweetener of your choice. Once you have assembled the dessert, chill it before serving.

Tiramisu Mug Cake Recipe
¼ cup All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp Refined Sunflower Oil
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2-3 tbsp Milk
2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tsp Granulated Sugar For Whipped Cream
2 tbsp Yogurt Hung
Dark Cocoa Powder to Dust on Top
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar For Whipped Cream
1 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
3 tbsp Boiling Hot Water
To bake the base Vanilla Cake.
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C.
Sieve the dry ingredients twice.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg till fluffy. Then add the granulated sugar and oil and whisk till the sugar has dissolved completely.
Prepare the mugs for baking the cakes by brushing some oil.
Now, add the dry ingredients mix into the wet ingredients in 2 parts along with the milk and vanilla extract. Do not use electric beater for this. Rather use a balloon whisk or a fork.
Once the batter is ready, divide it in the mugs and bake it for 15-17 minutes.
Once you see the cake pulling from the side of the mug, you will know it is baked. Insert a toothpick in the centre and it should come out clean.
Take the mug cakes out from the oven and allow them to cool down completely.
